There is not one optimal exercise routine that is right for every single person. That’s why each of my clients receives a safe, individually-tailored workout, designed to meet their unique needs at every. single. session.​

In my studio there are no “canned programs.” After I meet with you to assess your fitness and discuss your goals and injury history, you can expect consistently effective, personally-designed, FUN workouts each time you come in!

60-minute sessions

*Initial Consultation and Fitness Assessment (required for all NEW clients): $95

BUDDY TRAINING (2 people):

*Single session, $75/person

*5-sessions, $350/person

*10-sessions, $650/person 

GROUP TRAINING (3 people):

*Single session, $60/person

*5-sessions, $275/person

*10-sessions, $500/person 

GROUP TRAINING (4 people):

*Single session, $55/person

*5-sessions, $250/person

*10-sessions, $450/person
